Description:Set on the shores of Bombah Broadwater and surrounded by the serene bushland and waterways of Myall Lakes National Park, this laid-back resort is a 10-minute walk from Bombah Point Ferry Terminal and 4.7 km from Mungo Beach. The resort offers luxury villas and glamping-style tents, which have hardwood floors, en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and sofas, plus verandahs with gas BBQs. The sleek, modern villas add full kitchens and 2 bedrooms; upgraded units feature whirlpool baths. There are also powered and unpowered sites for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Amenities include an outdoor pool, an al fresco bar/cafe and a convenience store, as well as a playground and a boat ramp. The entire retreat is situated on 1.5 km of sparkling lake front; you can step out of your door and straight into the water. The Holiday Park is on the western side of a peninsula known as Bombah Point, 1.5 hours north of Newcastle by car. Access is via a well-maintained dirt road from Bulahdelah on the Pacific Highway or via a scenic route alongside the lake from Tea Gardens on Mungo Brush Road and then across the Bombah Point Ferry. Please note, the ferry incurs a small charge and may not be suitable for large caravans.
