Description:Stockinbingal Railway Station is a low set, very basic timber station true to period. The town of Stockinbingal itself is an ideal location for a small, unpretentious village. Good selection of older style humble homes along sparse backstreets with grassy verges. Also good array of period (early 20thC) shops and pub. The town is around 390km south-west of Sydney, near to Cootamundra.
