Description:
Stuart Town is a small town of about 300 people which is situated in a hillside hollow, 34 km south-east of Wellington and 380 km north-west of Sydney. The 19th country brick train station is exceptionally quaint and has been restored to good condition. It is located at the end of the main street, looking down over the small colonial era town. The town of Wellington is approx. 30 minutes away with plentiful accommodation, restaurants etc.
