Description:
The Cabramurra area is located within Kosciusko National Park, just south-east of Kiandra off the Snowy Mountains Highway. Cabramurra itself is Australia's highest town, built by the Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric Authority as a base for the northern administration of the scheme. Today it is a pretty township offering the closest base for Selwyn Snowfields and the Elliot Way.
