Description:
A country manor on an open estate, next to the Scottish-style Mt Broughton golf course in the Southern Highlands. While the estate dates back to 1822, the first significant building was erected in 1878. Most of the buildings on the property were constructed in 1926, recycling the timber from the 1878 house. The property was renovated and restored between 1984 and 1993. Sutton Forest is approximately two hours from Sydney CBD.
