Description:Bombala is situated in the south east corner of NSW, two hours (200km) south of Canberra, and 530km from Melbourne. The unique region is nestled between the snow fields and NSW Far South Coast, a rural area in the tranquil Southern Monaro. The many waterways surrounding Bombala and Delegate are home to some of the country's finest trout fishing and fly-fishing, as well as a dense population of platypi. The landscape comprises rolling plains, old growth forests, snow-capped mountains, historic villages and towns, homesteads and pastoral runs.
