Description:
St Mary’s Cathedral is the largest sandstone building in Australia, and the largest English Gothic Cathedral built anywhere in the world in the last 100 years. When the cathedral was refurbished in 1998-2000, the original 1865 design was completed by the addition of two 30 metre spires.
