Description:The School of the Arts was built in 1886 and the Victorian building is now painted a different colour than in this older image (see website link). The two medium sized halls are still used as a school and are also hired out for private functions. Kogarah is 15 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD. It lies in between Bexley to the north and Carlton to the south. The Princes Highway goes through Kogarah.
