Description:A pleasant drive to the western end of Shipley Plateau passing local apple orchards will bring you to Hargraves Lookout which provides magnificent views over the rural Megalong and Kanimbla Valleys, with distant views of the Hydro Majestic facing north. The newly upgraded lookout includes several viewing platforms, accessible toilets and plenty of parking. An old sandstone shelter can be used for picnics, while the lookout is a great spot to watch the sunset. Continue down a rocky pathway along a narrow ridge for even more spectacular views.
