Description:Ventnor, built in 1862 and sitting on over 3,000sqm, is the oldest house north of Manly. The property is a saddle block that lies between Elvina Bay and Lovett Bay on PIttwater, at the base of the Ku-ring-gai National Park. It is accessible via private boat, hourly ferry service or water taxi to its private wharf/jetty. Ventnor also has a fully self contained boat shed including kitchenette, bathroom and two queen size loft bedrooms facing Elvina Bay.
