Description:The Quadrant building sits quietly as part of the Cove Apartments development, fronting both Gloucester and Harrington streets in the historic Rocks district. Designed by Harry Seidler & Associates, The Quadrant picks up on the scale of St Patrick’s church on Gloucester Street, providing a low-scale streetscape at the foot of the Cove Apartments, completed in 2003. It won an International High Rise Award in 2004.
