Description:This property is located 30 minutes west of the large town of Murwillumbah, and 1 hour from the Gold Coast airport and Coolangatta. It comprises 3000 acres (3km x 6 km block) adjoining the Mebbin State Forest and the Border ranges National Park, which goes right up to the Queensland border. It has wet native forest with extensive rainforest pockets. This location provides some great panoramas through to Mount Warning and west to the Border Ranges. There is ample flowing water on the property and some lovely waterholes, one of which is more than 1km across. An Outward Bound youth program was based on a 15 acre portion of the property, which has some remaining infrastructure (kitchen, etc.)
