Description:
The township of Adaminaby dates from 1956-57 and was a result of the damming of the Eucumbene River for the Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric Scheme. Adaminaby’s proximity to the Selwyn Snowfields makes it a popular base for cross-country skiers in winter.
