Watagans National Park is located 120km north of Sydney.
The park contains the Congewai and Quorrobolong creeks, which flow into the Hunter River, and the Gap and Dora creeks, which feed Lake Macquarie.

Enter via Martinsville Road (unpaved) from Cooranbong, Mt Faulk Road (unpaved) from Freemans Waterhole, or Watagan Road (unpaved) from Cessnock. All roads are 2WD accessible in dry weather only.
