Tocal Agriculture College operates a commercial and demonstration farm over 2,200 hectares. The farm has five farming enterprises: beef, dairy, sheep, horses, poultry, and cropping. The horses' facilities include a 3,850-square-metre covered and enclosed soft-surface riding arena, horse paddocks and yards, a tack room, and stables.
Student facilities include individual student accommodation rooms, a swimming pool and classroom facilities and an extensive library with a computer room facility. The campus has a kitchen and dining hall for campus students. Onsite is the Tocal EA Hunt Hall which was inspired by Blacket Barn at the Homestead. The huge bolsters supporting the roof are made from Ironbark, dressed with a broadaxe, morticed together and finally dressed with an adze. Each bolster weighs one tonne and it is estimated that each roof truss weighs four tonnes.
