This private 30-hectare property owned by the Nicolson Family, is just over an hour's drive from Sydney's CBD. Being a former orchard, there are a number of sheds and sufficient acreage to make you feel that you are miles from anywhere. The largest shed has been used as a studio, crew space and equipment storage for smaller productions. It isn't lined so rain would affect the sound quality.
