Otford Farm consists of several properties located at Otford and Stanwell Park in NSW approx 1 hour south of Sydney's Fox Studios Australia, on the southern boundary of the Royal National Park. The farm is privately owned 300 acres of forested bushland that is operating as a commercial horse riding farm at Otford and a paintball operation on Lawrence Hargrave Drive at Stanwell Park. This is the horse farm and trail riding operation. There is the main homestead, various cabins, outbuildings, barns, stables, paddocks and riding rings. There are horses, ponies, cows, goats and chickens. There is a bridge over a narrow creek-look portion of the Hacking River. The parking area is a flat area used for parking surrounded on 2 sides by a wall of greenery.

Beyond the horse farm, across another creek is the Pines Paddock and Jungle Gully area. Nearby is a potential Jungle Set Build Site, 40 Acres Paddock and the Alpha Paintball site in Stanwell Park.
