The property is 1.5 hrs drive from Coffs Harbour airport. 1 hour drive from Bellingen township and 40km of the drive is on a scenic dirt road which often bathes in low cloud coverage. The property exists as a privately owned inholding within the New England National Park, bordering on world heritage wilderness. River frontage. Depending on the time of year the property is often covered by mist in the mornings. An architecturally designed shelter has recently been erected. Access is preferably via 4wd. Trucks up to 10 tonne can be accommodated. The property is accessed via a 40cm deep - 20metre wide river crossing. (The property houses 105 hp tractor in the event of anything
