Sydney Metro will consider filming enquiries for the Metro North West Line on a case by case assessment. Submission of a filming enquiry does not guarantee a permit will be granted.
Metro Trains Sydney is the operator of the Metro North West Line, with stations between Tallawong and Chatswood. Sydney’s first metro line, the Metro North West, commenced passenger services in May 2019 with high frequency turn up and go services on Australia’s first driverless railway. When Sydney Metro is extended into the central business district (CBD) and beyond in 2024, metro will run from Sydney’s north west region under Sydney Harbour, through new underground stations in the CBD and beyond to the south west.
