The planning, coordination and licensing of road occupancies in the Sydney region is the responsibility of the Road Occupancy Unit at the Transport Management Centre.
To submit a Road Occupancy Licence Application (ROLA) you will use the Online Planned Incident system, OPLINC. To use the online system, you must first register in OPLINC.
