Film, photography or event companies should direct all enquiries in the first instance to [email protected]. The applicant must use the Film production and photography application form and attach a plan of the property they wish to use, showing proposed access routes, parking locations and the specific area being utilised for film or photography. Sydney Water will assess the request and determine the appropriate filming and photographic fees.
Before filming/photography commences, the applicant must pay all required fees (including bonds if relevant), supply all requested information and execute a licence agreement.
